We have five meeting rooms.
Some of these rooms can be divided for smaller break-out rooms.
The largest room, the Medaille Room, can accommodate up to 75 people.
The Moffitt Room and Maher rooms are both well equipped for 12 to
20 people in a board room type setting. Our smaller gathering areas
are the Holy Family and Gathering rooms.
All are well suited for small break-out sessions or private meetings.
Full day and half day rates are available. All rooms have individual
lighting controls and windows with blinds for natural lighting.
Parking is convenient.
EQUIPMENT
VCR, DVD, LED projector, flip charts, whiteboard,
piano and other items you may need for your event are available for
a minimal fee.
GUEST ROOMS
Rooms accommodate single or double
occupancy. Private rooms are available at Little
Noddfa and the House of Prayer.
Rooms are air conditioned and each room has one or two single beds,
and a private bath with a shower.
FOOD SERVICE
Complete food service is available.
Three meals a day are prepared by a professional food
service staff. The food is wholesome and fresh, and served in the
main dining room. Service is cafeteria style, with two service lines
daily. The regular daily menu offers an ample number of options
to meet most dietary needs.
RENTAL POLICY
The Conference Center and Retreat Center are open to non-profit
groups, and all who value our commitment to promoting unity, reconciliation,
and harmony. Hospitality is a fundamental value and we reserve the
right to be selective in the rental policy in order to maintain
a quiet and peaceful atmosphere consistent with the mission and
purpose of the facility.
